The Villages Construction Update #94 - Precast Construction Premieres - 7/21/2021

Update #94 starts out looking at the new Villa homes being built just south of the Rohan Rec Center, Ty Villas is using a precast construction method, while not new or unique in The Villages, it's new to building homes here with this method. After taking a look at these villas and where the walls are being built, the video focuses on the areas north of SR44 all the way up to the Silver Lake Executive golf course and the First Responders Rec Center.
The ending segment of the video is a walkthrough of the proposed walking path location north of Lake Miona Rec Center recently greenlighted by the Project Wide Advisory Committee for construction bids.

Thanks for taking the time to shoot the course of the new walking path! I'm pretty excited to see that area get a path, I've been jealous of the nice paths they have all over down south. Not too jealous, because I go down there regularly to enjoy them, but it'll be nice to have something closer to home. Hopefully it will work out well, and there might be some other places where a small loop can be put in or a rough spot for walkers can be fixed to make walking more pleasant up north here, too.
