I’m on a 1 mg NeuPro patch for refractory RLS and not only did it fix my sleep problems it also stopped my depression. Haven’t felt like this in years. RLS symptoms still plague me during the mornings but I’m also on opiates for this.

Isn’t it obvious that low dopamine causes depressive symptoms? You need to make a distinction between symptoms brought on by problems with dopamine and problems with serotonin. Recently it has been found that low serotonin isn’t necessarily the culprit when it comes to depression. Personally I find that any form of serotonin makes both RLS and depression much worse. But I also don’t tolerate dopamine in drug or supplement form so it’s complicated. I just know that I feel more driven when my dopamine is up. Recently it has also been found that social anxiety is probably caused by high serotonin. You mention anxiety but it’s a nebulous subject matter at best. I feel an agitation in relation to the RLS that I think could be labelled anxiety. But I don’t believe I suffer from an anxiety disorder despite what doctors would have me believe. So please try and deepen this subject a bit more. This was a rather shallow presentation though I’m glad at least some issues were brought up.

So also you need magnesium as well it could be an imbalance too much magnesium too much calcium so magnesium you can get a product at Walmart it's a powder it's called 'Calm' but the thing is I have psoriasis and I found out that 94% of people with psoriasis have RLS I don't understand it I thought I had cured mine when I sent that last message... when I had sent that message last it did disappear for about 2 weeks then it just came back and I think it has something to do with the inflammation within my body from the psoriasis so right now the best treatment other than a doctor and his pills are CBD oil it works pretty good or kratom but if you plan on using kratom make sure you buy a decent amount liked buy about 3 to 4 packs of Kratom until you know you can get more of it, but personally I prefer the CBD oil just get a really strong CBD oil I'm most people with RLS who don't have psoriasis are most likely just lacking something like potassium eat pinto beans you know they have a lot of potassium spinach and kale, kale Anything Green ... One woman said she had pulled up some spinach and kale and ate it and it went away and she didn't have the problem sense.. so I hope that helped. Also one last thing if you go to a doctor ask for a really strong muscle relaxer I had use those in the past and they work great I believe they were a dark small round burgundy pill I can't remember the name but they were 30 to 50 mg of pill burgundy red round muscle relaxer drink lots of water with it
