Same stuff here in the hauge, HTM has MAN Lion's City A21 CNG buses with a very loud horn and good brakes ( search for "meerijden met stadsbuschauffeur Leo de Haas TV" on YouTube ), 1100 buses are equipped with a turbo fortunately.

I think a problem with a lot of drivers today is they don't have much confidence IE the blue car on the roundabout, or when you get people doing 50 on the motorway. Which annoying to say the least, but you can't get annoyed at them because it makes it worse, so it's a vicious circle really!

I wish like buggery there was a way to deduct .1 of a point off someone's license every time someone failed to signal off a roundabout correctly.  Once all your points are gone, your car simply switches off.  Ah, a man can dream...

I think it was unnecessary to honk at the learner, it was probably a panic mistake and s/he slammed the throttle. Otherwise nice video.
