I applied and said I was upgrading and still got rejected.I called the university and sent the proof that I was upgrading but have not heard anything from the university. My application status has not changed

Me and my friends applied for the same degree at uj *but I applied earlier
The minimum APS for the degree was 33
I had an aps of 31
And my friends all had their APS below 28
I was declined same time
But they got a pending offer awaiting their final grd12 results
How is that possible??
