For such a long time, I wondered what had become of Crazy Jimmy, aside from seeing his cafe in Race City (which is the best establishment in the town, followed by Bunta's tofu house in place of where McDonalds was), but I'm so glad to see he's returning, and he's got his brother Crazy James by his side.
