From someone who has a VF sc on v10 and a Sheepey TT on a v10i can say the TT kit is the way to go, I went VF to start. And while it was exciting there was something lacking immediately I realized. Within a week of me getting the charger back I was calling VF asking about how to increase boost. I have learned a lot about the charger they use. For one it’s a roots style charger which does not compress air internally but in the intake manifold. Secondly it uses roots style rotors vs a twin screw rotor pack that actually compresses air in the charger. The roots basically flips air around the outside of the lobes and around and into the intake. The pulley VF uses is a 3.40 and it’s enormous. The charger puts out 6.5 psi stock but the problem is the drop in performance from heat soak. It runs good with lots of air flow and time between hits, but falls flat when pushed hard and in the upper end of the power range. I have pushed VF to try to fix this charger, I have tried to get them to increase boost, run more fuel and increase cooling, but have failed in my efforts. Seeing sheepey take on this projects makes me very happy to see someone actually make this charger viable like it should be from the start. I know this sc can work right and this is proof that it can be done much better. Furthermore there probably is more room since now cooling and fuel is much better, I bet dropping the pulley down would increase boost and that charger could see close to 800! AmZing video

awesome content as always, just a heads up for future issues.... if you are in question about the vacuum leak issue, you can easily use your datalog and watch your fuel trims. At warm/hot idle in closed loop watch the short trims for both banks and if they are positive and above 10% (the higher the percentage the bigger the actual physical leak is) that would indicate a compensation of more air than expected....and the dead giveaway for the dead on dagger is to watch those same trim numbers (both banks short trims) and at the same time raise the rpm....if the result of added percentage fuel trim is from extra air at idle, the trim percentage numbers will decrease to almost perfect zero( because you now loose the vacuum in the manifold which is the thing that "sucks" air in from the outside and so now no more "extra" air will be drawn in off idle so the fuel trims will decrease the added-ness (positive) percentage, let it back off higher rpm and go back to idle and if the short term trims raise back up the higher positive percentage than that is a true indication of a physical vacuum leak diagnosed all through the driver's seat watching data. You can also watch the map sensor readings ( the sensors on the actual manifolds) and since you have so many known good vehicles there, take note of a good figure spec at idle of the inches of vacuum at idle, if there's a leak that vacuum level won't be as great... meaning if a good "sealed" system runs at let say -20"inHg than one with a leak in the "sealed system wouldn't have the capability to pull that much and would read 'lower" like -12"inHG. Volvo have 2.0 4 cylinder engine whit turbo and supercharger.

You should try to build a lambo whit supercharger and turbo. If the supercharger take care of low torque then you can double the size on the turbos.
