Prime Minister Narendra Modi will formally handover indigenously designed light combat helicopters to the Indian Air Force in Jhansi. The Light Combat Helicopter incorporates advanced technologies and stealth features for effective combat roles.

The LCH programme commenced in the year 2006. The project worth around 4 billion dollars had its first flight in 2010 in Bengaluru.

PM Modi will also be handing over drones developed by the Indian startups to the Indian Army.
