Once I realized you were covering stuff outside of Europe I thought “How cool would it be if he talked about Cahokia?” Blew my mind when you really did! Kudos for picking lesser known places, lots of fascinating stuff here I’d never heard of til today.

As a St Louisan, I was delighted to see Cahokia featured. I live nearby and have visited the site many times. You can still climb to the top of Monk's Mound, the tallest mound in the area. From the top you can see St Louis and the Arch.

Thank you for including Cahokia, I really enjoy the Mississippian time period. It usually gets a scant mention if that in our history classes.

I'm so glad you're incorporating African cities from the Medieval period.

This was fascinating. It really put in perspective all the societies in the world at that time.

You should do a video on what people in the Middle Ages thought what the world would be like in the future

Dunwich is fascinating. If it hadn’t been destroyed, it’s believed it would now be the size of and had a similar history to Bristol, on the other side of the country.

Videos like these always remind me that every civilization will end or fold into another.

As many others have said, good job covering other areas of the world besides Europe in this video. I love my Knights Templar and Vikings as much as the next guy, but I find myself more and more interested in the history of areas of the world that aren't usually talked about in the context of the "Medieval" period or from 500-1600 AD.

I'd love to learn more about Medieval Africa and North America
