I've read elsewhere that other groups participated in the Oct 7th attack and THEY have hostages too. And those groups are not cooperating with HAMAS and won't give up hostages.

Which is why I've said since the beginning, the Palestinians are NOT innocent in this. They followed HAMAS to the fence and tailgated after them and committed their own looting, gangraping and murdering.

There are hundreds of bodies that were burned beyond recognition that Israeli forensic teams are laboring to identify. I presume some captives were executed when they became problematic.
I don't know how it works in Gaza. Does hamas leave it's victims laying in the street, in a field, in a trash heap? The monstrosities of our time.
