When you are viewing all your apps on the Apple Watch, by default they are in a grid view. What you can do, when viewing them in this view, is rearrange them. You can do this on the Apple Watch or in the Watch app on the iPhone, the latter being my recommended way to organize your apps. Can explain why when i put my apps in a grid on my Apple Watch SE 1st gen it’s not like in the video all you can do is go up and down for mine his in every direction.

Need help!!! No matter what i did to those app icon on my iPhone, nothing changed on my watch.

Mine doesn't do the smaller ones, no matter how much I zoom in or out. All the icons are the same size
