Welt is super nice for slowing down enemies and clutching! The amount of times i’ve needed to push back the enemy’s turn in order to pop a heal or shied on time is way too many. But using Welt’s burst USUALLY grants me that extra turn i need.

Gepard Bailu then Bronya in that order. Gepards so good you don't need a healer on his team, and that lets you run another support/debuffer.

I think it depends on your playstyle. Each one is powerful. Bailu is an extra healer and if you started late and chose against Luocha, then she’s the only healer you can have. Clara just does insane damage and survivability. Gepard makes it so you don’t need healers. Bronya powers up your main dmg dealer and makes them for next, Welt is light daddy and puts enemies in their place, Yanqing can boost his own Crit rate which Crit is hard to get, and Himeko is great for Weakness Break damage which what you want to be doing anyway. So it really depends on what playstyle you wanna do and what is enjoyable already for you

Welt can cut off those boss extra turn when using ult, has good sub dps damage, can manipulate enemy's action values and great debuffer.

Qiqi ("Bailu") is only seen as an S-tier because it's version 1.1. She's doesn't do anything besides heal. It's unavoidable that as the game goes on, healers being more multi-purpose will become the norm. And once literally TWO of those exist, her place in the meta is just completely gone.

Gepard is insane Brony Bailu and Gepard ... if u have Gepard built u literaly dont need a healer in some cases even better than a healer

Bronya and Welt I agree with, but I think Gepard vs Bailu is a tough call... a second healer is so desperately needed for a lot of content, but you don't need a healer if the enemy can't freakin' touch you and Gepard might be my favorite tank ever.

I run a DPS(not necessarily)/ Bronya / Welt / Natasha team.
Boy the enemy only goes once every two of my turns.

depends on the account but I'd day that Gepard then Welt then Bronya.
Having Gepard covers up for the lack of a 2nd healer.
Welt grants your most if not the while team extra turn with his slows and crowd control.
Bronta grants your DPS one extra turn with huge damage boost.

Imo late game Welt would be better cause of ctowd control since immobilizing enemies works better than you hitting them harder every other turn or so.
Gepard is a solid late game but I'd argue that a well built team with Fire MC does fine most of the time without a healer and Natasha March combo for a 2nd team to form a defensive core works great, thus putting gepard down a bit i priority.
Bronya is great but she performs best with Seele. It's such a cookie cutter combo. with other high dps units, she does well but I'd argue that universal debuffers like Pela does a good job especially with tingyun for a strong debuff + buff core for your dps.

TL:DR-
Generally - Gepard >= Welt > Bronya
Late game - Welt > Gepard > Bronya

I think it should be gepard bailu bronya, but as we get more healers, bronya, welt, gepard

The only standard banner characters I have is an E1 Bronya and E0 Bailu. I do want Welt eventually.
