I want to note that I seem to have gotten something wrong. There is a third Orlesian Circle of Magi in the northern city of Ghislain. It’s only mentioned once as far as I know, on page 203 of The World of Thedas Volume 2, as part of Lord Seeker Lambert’s backstory.
