Wind-driven wildfire prompts evacuations in Sonoma County

Hundreds of people in Sonoma County were forced to evacuate after a fast-moving wildfire sparked Wednesday night. The Kincade Fire had charred an estimated 10,000 acres near Geyserville as of mid-morning Thursday, according to Cal Fire Chief Thom Porter.
