In my opinion, p2w is just like a "Skip" button, you don't really have to grind alot and thats sometime makes you get bored playing the game. In genereal, grinding might need alot of times and effort, but you will have good times enjoy playing the game. After all, experiences is more important

I think the reason why pizza party doesn’t require level 25 to access is because it was pretty much an event at one point technically and you could access it at the spawn point
