Hello friends, in this video we will see how we can make a circuit with the acetone method, in this case, the nail polish remover.
The elements that we are going to use are:
• alcohol 96 degrees, the classic that we have at home.
• nail polish remover of any Brand
• negative
• Very fine sandpaper to clean and not scratch the PCB
• a roller to make pressure
First, we sanded the PCB until it was very clean of fingerprints. Then with cotton and alcohol we remove the remaining dust that may remain.
As we can see, the plate is totally clean. Next, we impregnate it with nail polish remover on its entire surface and place the negative or circuit we want to make.
Once the negative has been sanded to the printed circuit, we again apply nail polish remover all over the surface. Do not be afraid to throw it out
We will see how the circuit is transparent and then with the roller we will give it several times. Then we return to take nail polish remover and put kitchen paper.
the kitchen paper is absorbent and the nail polish remover very volatile, it evaporates very fast. We impregnate it and give it several passes with the roller.
The circuit has been transferred to the printed circuit board in a simple and fast way, using few materials with a good result.
