S2000 Titanium Intake Elbow

We've be asked about these for a while now. We've decided to offer them for the S2000.

This replaces the factory rubber elbow. It's slightly larger diameter and eliminates the factory breather so not to blow oil vapors into the intake stream.
We are including a filter for the valve cover and a water line to bypass the factory piece. For the AP1s, you will need to add a small filter for the air injection hose. We're making this as clean as possible.

I don't even have a Honda or a S2000 but I watch all your videos. I admire the quality work you do. I wouldn't be suprsied if you ceramic coated that pipe like you would do a header and see if you heat soak on the dyno. Maybe it won't make "more power" but keep it consistent. Just an idea!

3.5" elbow. Gutted box and acoustic resonator removed. Foam filter and snorkel. Best intake you'll have and cheap!

Honestly i tried few intake not many but just Drop in K&N filter, then the LHT intake Mod and now i have the K&N fipk ram intake and I would say the LHT intake Mod is my overall favorite for sure 100%%

If the plastic intake box heat up and lower performance, won't a Ti intake arm heat up even faster and heat up the air going into the engine?

I might be interested if all connectors for IAT sensor, air pump hose and breather tube are attached.
IAT temps might be a little higher with this arm.

I took the stock box and cut the resonator part off as part of the mod. Anyhow I did my own intake for my 2010 Tundra with 5.7L used part hard abs plastic and only part aluminum I used is the MAF tube. The Air filter I used a cone type aluminum build in filter as my heat shield. Since I don't have one and it's a substitute for it. Oh yea this air filter is for turbo. Anyhow are you able to dyno and tune the tundra ?

Why dont you do a custom CAI to the bumper for your KW kit? I did on my SOS SC kit and the lowered AIT's 15-20 degrees and made way more PSI and power. It is a no brainer. The underhood temps are awful for power. The open filter behind the radiator and over by the header is HORRIBLE for power.

Can you do a video on the breather vent or filter on the intake arm? John, you mentioned something about the oil vapor shouldn’t be blowing into the intake manifold. @lhtperformance
