It just depends on the rank. If it’s a low rank like me, silver and below, expect idiots. Don’t rely on teammates, play agents that are good for a 1v3 or something. If you’re in a higher rank, play someone that can anchor for your team. That means heavy until, or your just really good at that agent.

Other than just playing/practicing more, if possible you should try and record your gameplay, even just a round, then go through it and to see how you would improve how you play, noticing mistakes is the best start to stopping them
