Love you and the show Jason, but you are mistaken about Damore's article. Nowhere in the article does he claim that woman in the same job should get a different salary than a man like you said.
I understand that it's difficult in silicone valley to say things outside the strict code that was developed but the truth has bigger merit in my opinion.
Same goes for Georgene's claim about the meaningless of gender disparity in interests because each indivdual should be treated equally and fairly regardless of his\her's gender. That's obvious, no sane person now-days dispute that. Damore doesn't either. The claim is it is against logic and reality do demand equal AVERAGE salaries between man and women (which is what most people who talk about the matter demand), because by average there are differences in interest so there will never be equal pay on average.
Studies actually show that in the most gender equal countries law-wise and culture-wise (like Scandinavian countries) the gap in interest between the genders is even larger. So cultural efforts for equality strangely lead to greater disparity in interests. Nothing wrong in that in my opinion.
All the best,
Assaf.

So she took job interviews for jobs that require long office hours at 2 months pregnant and hid the fact from her prospective employees. This is predatory.
And she thinks it's outrageous that someone who is a clock watcher and is outa there at 6pm doesn't get the same promotion as those who sacrifice their social life for the job and put in untold overtime to make sure they get everything perfect in order to ensure successful work.
