Hey all..
This session discusses the projections of basic positions of a straight line kept in first quadrant. A straight line kept:-
a) Parallel to both HP and VP
b) Parallel to VP, perpendicular to HP
c) Parallel to VP, inclined to HP
d) Parallel to HP, perpendicular to VP
e) Parallel to HP, inclined to VP
True length is always obtained in front view(FV), if the line is parallel to VP.
True length is always obtained in top view(TV), if the line is parallel to HP.
