I switched to iphone and found it very unfriendly compare to samsung. Forcing into subscriptions or purchases.
I had a file, but could not find how to add it to the folder with ringtones.

How can you get the files on the iPhone in the first place, can you upload from a PC (Not mac) or save from a messaging app like Signal/WhatsApp. Custom Ringtones is THE biggest reason stopping me from switching from Android. Frustrating that Apple stops you from doing so much with your own device. You really ought to be able to just save a file, then set as ringtone, rather than going through such a drawn out hoop jumping process.
