Soulbound Token is rolling out in late 2022 and can this be the new big thing?

Vitalik Buterin, the creator of Ethereum, said a different type of Non-fungible token or NFT for short, is the future of Ethereum.

In a paper published 2 weeks ago, Vitalik together with Glen and Puja mentioned the future of Ethereum revolving around Soulbound Tokens (SBT).

SBT could hit the crypto realm by the end of 2022 but Vatalik and the co-authors said they hope for a decentralized society in 2024 if SBTs are to be taken seriously during the next crypto up cycle.

With community Wallet recovery... The people involved in DEFI who can vouch for the user, would this be strangers within the network who act as judges of a sort or can this be family members? How would it be handled if one recovery vouching individual goes rogue and tries to harm your identity? Would a second vouching user be able to deal with the recovery? How would this play out?
