hey guys!! today's video is going to be my mom answering YOUR questions about PERIODS!!! she's going to be giving advice on periods, her personal experience with periods (first period story, period horror story, etc.), advice on tampons + pads, how to relieve cramps, how to get stains out, if irregular periods are normal, if periods ever become regular, how to tell your parents, etc... just some overall tips, advice, and knowledge on periods, coming from my amazing mom, who has experienced periods for decades! this video is great for you if it's hard for you to talk to your own parent about periods, or if you just want a mother's advice on periods! :)

TIP FOR STAINS: Don’t use hot water. If you use freezing cold water or even just cold tap water you can get it out of anything easily with just a little dish soap! You don’t need stain remover or anything like that :)

I have a tip for getting period blood out of clothes/sheets etc. Get the fabric straight into cold water, get some salt and rub the salt over the stain, then get the fabric into the wash with some strain remover (you can pre-treat with stain remover too for subborn period stains) and then usually its as good as new ❤ great video!! i'm a little older but really wish I had videos like this when I was younger!
