G'day guys, this week is all about David Phelps. The third episode we look at I'm Coming Home. Right from the start with the drum line coming down to the stage to David's singing was fantastic.

This was filmed in David's barn at his home place. He has the Barn Bashes there a few times a year too. David is a carpenter also and did much of the work remodeling the barn into a concert venue. The album from which this song is from is one of his best projects. He wrote 9 of the songs on this project. They are all epic. Like you've said what can't he do. Multi-talented man.

Like basically all of David’s music, this is an instant goosebump producer! Love everything about it, the music, the lyrics, the message, the performance! It’s on par with Tony Award winning musical theatre!

At minute 1:17, that's Bill Gaither in the fuchsia shirt and vest behind the drum major with Gloria next to him, and Russ Taff on the other side of her. Wes Hampton of GVB fame is behind Bill. The GVB was there to sing a couple of songs with David. When the drum line marches in, I'm over on the left side in the dark somewhere. lol.

After what happened here in The U.S.A. in Uvalde, Texas with the 19 children murdered in there classrooms, two teachers murdered there also, the families left behind, need our prayers, please!!! The Greene’s song is so very true, and it is called “Jesus Has A Rockingchair😊”.Loosing your child, yes we have the extreme pain will last, BUT it will start to ease some as time goes by, the pain, the grieve will take you by surprise at times.

Where does one start when talking about David...his music, his voice with those beautiful high notes, or his ability to sing with his heart and love for God. I know I was hooked on his singing from the first time I heard him many years ago. Thank you PG for giving us this wonderful week of David! I love your reactions, and the sincerity/enjoyment you have when you do a reaction to David Phelps. Keep up the fantastic work! Just a small bit of info -- David's two daughters are singing back up along with Charlotte Ritchie whose husband, Greg, is playing the drums behind David. Also, the trumpet player is David's sister, Kari and the piano player (who also plays other instruments) is David's wife's cousin(?), Jack.
