Malkin is one of my favourite players, because there are very, very few who can turn into as much of a monster when they're angry. He backs up everything. You *don't* piss Malkin off, because if you do, he will make you pay.

Geno threw some shade over NHL executives just before the list came out, that's why they decided to take him off the list. But Geno doesn't care, on the contrary, it just made him smile and score more.

His style of play is very Lemieux like. More similar to Mario than Crosby or anybody else in the league. IMO of course.

Probably top 25 in all honesty. And the whole “when he decides to play, he’s the best player in the NHL” has been spot on for most his career. Not so sure now, but I still wouldn’t be surprised to see him have a bounce back year in 19-20.
