Everyone talks about the advantages of being a man but, I think I have a greater advantage as a woman because I get to be a mother. I got to carry my children for 9 months as they grew inside my body and then I got to give birth to them and be their source of life and nourishment. I got to be the one who received the rocks that my boys found and gifted to me; I got to be the one they run to for comfort when they were hurt or scared; I get to be called "Mama" by the two people I love unconditionally. I could go on but, my point is... I'll never complain that men have an unfair advantage.
Why can't we just be thankful for the way God made us?

As a white, Christian male that retired from the army after 23 years of service, I can tell you from not only my experience but that of my friends and other Soldiers that we have been discriminated against because the color of our skin, our beliefs (that really came out during Covid) and our gender (same thing as my sex). When I addressed this issue over one of my Soldiers, i was told we had our time, now it’s the time for minorities and women. Can you imagine if they said that and I was black🤯. All hell would break loose.

I wish I had a boss like him, too many places I have worked, and worked in positions that I am well over qualified for because I couldn't get anything else, employers just want a body to fill a space and will bin you when required, this guy recognises talent and as such values it.
