Thank you for this! For several years I have been trying to copy the mint tea that I had in Morocco without success. I did not realize that one had to use the gunpowder tea, plus mint. Must admit all I do is put my fresh mint in a cup top with hot water and leave a few minutes - lovely and refreshing.. So much better than tea bags - This recipe sounds lovely though...
