How many had SEVERE side effects with inflixamab? Brain problems etc. ? Crohns healed but patient dies or feels like dying. Quality of life matters. High risk patients need anti-tnfa meds but low risk patients as i see it would benefit possibly and have a better quality of life with anti-integrin therapy. Why use a slegdehammer when a nudge would help? I will have to be dying before i take anti-tnfa drugs and thats just the way it is. Updated: now on Entyvio with great response and without side effects. And I’m not dying but gaining weight. I should have been on Entyvio 30 years ago if it had only been available.

FUnny he compares active arms without correcting for the placebo arm. If you look at Effect Size the picture is different. Worst arguments ever, the scary thing this dude actually is unable to interpret study results.
This was clearly NOT a scientific debate, rather the Comedy Central Roast of Bill Sandborn.
ICHAN Med School, you may want to revisit your malpractice liability policy if this guy still works for you...
