Ganzo Firebird FH923, in depth review.

Today we take a look at the impressive Ganzo Firebird FH923. A killer design and pretty much flaw less fit/finish and action. Ganzo continues to up their game.

Just bought mine today (03/14/2023). The only other FH Ganzo I have is the FH41. My Ganzos all use the G-Lock. I've always wanted the FH923 ever since I first saw it but there was none available until today. The only difference between the one I bought and all the ones I've seen on YouTube is that mine has thumb studs to go along with the flipper. Probably a new for 2023 feature.

Thanks for the in depth Baz! My D2 blades(any D2 not just Ganzo/FB) don't rust or patina and I've not had to wipe the blades with lube. Once a week I do flat strop the blade on denim or bare leather. Seems that a more polished or smooth surface is less prone for rust.

Baz, you do the most in-depth reviews on knives, always more than expected and no one can feel cheated:) I like D2 steel too, one reason I've stayed away from budget Spyderco's the Tenacious comes to mind, why get an 8cr.... knife when you can get an array of D2 steel from all kinds of brands. I do want a Delica at some point though. Another steel I'm excited about is that Magnacut I've been hearing about, when it gets on more folders it might take off. Gonna have to add to the ole' Ganzo collection again:) HA! Later man

Great review. It would take. a more experienced. knife sharper than me. to do this knife Justice. For the price. it's a damn good knife.

The problem with Ganzo is that they make too many knives of the same size. I want some XL, some 4 inches blade length sizes and some sub 2 inches. They have only one knife with 4 inches blade length. Almost all are 3.6 inches.
