The report was Embid couldn't even look at his cell phone screen until yesterday without pain. The playoffs are not more important than his long term health. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

Getting tired of seeing the same coaches get passed around the league need some new faces

Maybe don’t have your oft-injured potential MVP playing in a closeout game when you’re up 29 with 4 minutes left in the series.

Just saying…

James Harden threw CP3 away like trash and now CP3 is the better player and James is washed up 😂 karma is real.

Tyrese maxey had near 30 pts. In 3 qtr. last night and the sixers were puting the ball in hardens hands in the forth qtr. it was disgusting to watch.

ESPN has uploaded a slew of new videos this morning and all of them are about what Harden and the Sixers aren’t doing and not at all about giving the Heat credit.

Miamis defense doesn't get enough credit..they have 7 guys that can really lock u up.. jimmy, bam, tucker, dipo, vincent, martin, and lowry... thats gonna be hard for any team..also 5 of those guys can hit 3s...

A diehard sixers fan my entire life.... Doc gotta go!! Up 30 points and you keep Embiid in the game??? Absolutely mind-blowing... We need to trust the next process

The series was over when it was announced Embiid had a fractured orbital socket. Now all the talk is how Harden is choking and it’s his fault they are down 0-2. You take the best player off a team who was a legit MVP candidate and blame the 2nd guy for failing? The Sixers are built around Embiid, Harden was brought in to play the Robin to his Batman. Plus let’s not forget the Heat are the number 1 seed in the East with the 4th best team defense this year. You take away one of the top 3 players on the NBA and leave only one guy for Miami to game plan around in Harden, duh Heat are gonna win regardless if Harden drops 45 a game look at Doncic in Dallas with Phoenix up 2-0. This series loss is more about Rivers leaving Embiid in on a close out game against Toronto when they had a blow out going. That added to Miami is the number 1 team in the east taking care of business on their home court. Not about Harden choking.

Although without Embiid this series was anyways a no contest...the media needs to talk about the role players who have been v v poor..if a couple of them are even average...that will open up space for Harden a little more coz the Miami defence is suffocating.

Not many teams are going to really score off Bam, Jimmy, PJ & Oladipo..add Lowry and thats an all defensive team on the floor. Strus, Vincent are much above average too defensively right now.

makes me wonder why he didn't stay with the nets. he had to known he isn't great in the playoffs as a 1st or 2nd option

The Miami heat are extremely dangerous this year!!! Joel embid could come back and it STILL wouldn't matter!!! Boston matches up good with the heat.

The playoffs are to the point where, whoever can stay healthy will usually win

It’s tougher watching Harden not play his normal game VS Westbrook . I guess when you get paid as much as they do the game of basketball is just a game and check. The hunger of being great is no longer a priority

Miami Heat is actually playing down to competition with the absence of Embiid.
