if you have 8gb ram or less than, there is limit mark of ram usage in setup to speed of installation.and try to install from ssd to hdd.

The more cores your CPU has, the less time it takes. With an 8 core processor and 16 threads it takes me about 30 minutes

Even if you have 12gb ram it'll get stuck, i limit my ram usage to 2 so it never gets stuck, I'd rather get it installed slowly than failing multiple times.
