I have a theory about why many western women don't like the average "short" guys. I could be wrong, but the theory is that these women have not had reliable fathers, nonexistent fathers, or they have "daddy issues." The girls who are totally ok with a 5'6 (or similar) guy usually had a strong father who was average height (short), so they saw an average height guy displaying leadership and masculinity, thus they understand height has nothing to do with masculinity. The girls that tend to want taller guys don't seem to have a family history with a masculine father; and if their father was tall, they either didn't know him or they're trying to "fix" a tall guy as a means of fixing their tall toxic father. Not sure if that's making sense. Just a theory. It could also be that I read Paulie Amigo's book "You Suck" too many times ahaha.
