0:18 the rod to the right of the left intake is for the accelerator pump. on the top of that is the mechanism that pushed the rod. There you will be able to find the adjustment screws for it. should be 1 screw and 1 with only thread. 1 for adjusting when it will start to squirt fuel and 1 for when it should stop, I believe.
