Hi thanks for sharing your recipe. I bake tried baking this yummy cake, but I failed. It's very moist, dense and totally not rising at all. It looks like a dough. The taste is a bite sour, maybe because I reduce my sugar to 150 gm. I'm so disappointed. I can't get a soft and fluffy cake after many times of trying. Please advise.

My fid not turn out at all...the dough was not like cake batter it was more like a thick banana bread batter and had to make it in a loaf pan...did not have enough batter to fill a Bundt pan even a quarter of the way....what did I do wrong.
