Most of these assets aren't very useful... after just purchasing the Unity Humble Bundle which had many more useful assets, I don't think I'm going to get this one.

Assets useless or overpriced. Useful assets are too specific. 35 bucks for GOLEM or 70 bucks for Frozen GUI pack is ridiculous for non-exclusive rights. ScriptInspector and EasySQL are useless (79 bucks total), cause you have Visual Studio and .net solution is good enough for SQL. The same goes for PoolManager. Tower Defense Toolkit 4 (TDTK-4), SPACE for Unity - Space Scene Construction Kit, Edy's Vehicle Physics, Toon Racing are all specific, and I'm not sure they really good for anything but prototyping, and also not sure that these are the best solutions on market.
I understand that you want to steal a humble bundle format, it's ok, but fgs pick normal assets.

This was my first time that I bought an asset pack on the asset store, as it seemed like a great deal. What it is as long as you use Unity's standard render pipeline.

I just want to say for all the users who uses URP or HDRP in their projects, most of visual assets do not work.
For me the important assets are UniStorm, EasyRoads3D, SUIMONO Water System, which do not work for my HDRP project Matrix Brain Twister on Steam.
Top-Down Asset materials are upgradeable though.

I don't know if these developers will support these render pipelines in the future. Some of them still updating their assets, so it is possible.
I hope my comment is helpful for you decision.

With love from Russia ! Income at work is $ 200 a month. Graduated from the University of physics and mathematics. We have a decent income only in the capital and in a couple of major cities. Food prices are the same as in Germany, for example. But there the average income for a simple job is about 1500 - 2000 dollars. Conclusion: I don't need these Assets )))
