Personally, I don't think puff sleeves never look good on fully grown women of any age, race, size because it makes people look bigger but they are also very cute looking always too. I'm always so afraid to wear them, but maybe this coming spring & summer, i will give them a go!!

Just objective, you don't look good in v necks, they take away from your classic beauty. Even though you may be petite, v necks are not your friend because of your face and body type and your romantic and gamine energy.
