The reason horror films are the first thing is two fold: 1) they are quick and easy to make so they are always going to be ready first and 2) Disney wants to use trademark law to weasel a suit out of anything that doesn't make it 1000% clear it's not authorized by Disney and 100% are going to be snide about what counts as "Steamboat Willie" Mickey so horror films are safe because they can't possibly be mistaken for a Disney product or any depiction of Mickey done by Disney.

Now, I've discovered it to be a hitman known as Man Carrying Thing. While I still don't know who hired him, they must be extremely wealthy. Man Carrying Thing's skills are notorius. He will always kill his target, and he is 100% accurate, no matter the distance.

What sucks is that horror could work. There’s a massive gap in a market where animated horror could be, and a retro style like that would be the perfect medium. Leaves more to the imagination.
