I put out a poll on my community tab and asked my amazing subscribers and viewers which place would you like to see me stealth Camp at next? 9600 people voted and 40% of you voted… Walmart.
So I packed up rusty and headed to the Walmart in Alliston Ontario, but when i got there the signs said “NO OVER NIGHT PARKING” So we drove to the Walmart in Bradford and they had the same signs. This trip wasn’t looking good at all!
Next we drove south to Newmarket and there were no signs but this particular Walmart didn’t have the hot and ready cooked items and deli counter so we drove south once more to Aurora
Finally! we found a Walmart that didn’t have the signs… “NO OVER NIGHT PARKING”
and it had all the hot food items we were looking for.

If you find yourself in a similar situation with a creme brulee again, You can always heat up the back of a metal spoon over a burner (safely of course) and press it down onto of the sugar to caramelize it. This was a method we were taught in culinary school in case a torch wasn't available.

The potato things you cooked in the pan are called gnocchi pronounced: (nyyo-kee). They are an Italian cuisine, usually boiled, then sautéed in heavy amounts of butter and cream, and garlic. Additional toppings can be Parmesan, chives, bacon & onions, and even breadcrumbs. Generally They are not served as a main dish, they are a side dish, or an appetizer.

Great videos man! just wanted to give you a tip that will change your life. Buddy of mine told me about it a few years back.
Take the donuts you ate in this video and buy them next time you go camping. roast them over the fire like a marshmallow but not so much in the flame, the goal is to crisp the glaze thats covering it. ( about 3-4 mins) away from direct flame, let cool for about a minute or 2.
TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

Pro Tip for you Ken, on the last minute of the ravioli i would have added the sauce to the pot for about 2 mins before serve, would warm the sauce a bit

Ken you are supposed to eat gnocchi like traditional pasta. With tomato sauce, marinara, pesto, grated cheese, etc! Us Eye-talians make them with flour and ricotta cheese.

Gnocchi are eaten like a pasta with a sauce. So any kind of sauce will work, marinara, Alfredo, a lemon cream sauce etc
