Thousands of Minnesota nurses voted Monday in favor of going on strike.

Support the nurses. We don't have a union and the stuff our hospital is doing to the staff and patients is illegal. They continue to cut and tell us, they are in debt. And the way they cut....literally witnessed them fire a long term employee for taking FMLA. They cut the nurse's hours and then fire them for violating an attendance policy and then ask for repayment of a retention bonus. Then they fired HR so no one gets a call back. The patients have no idea why the care is so bad...they think there are no nurses, but they are sitting at home because they were called
