This solution worked for me very well. I was searching for some solution for exe files for the last two months and also format my laptop 5 times in last two months. It didn't fixed my problem, but thanks anyway.
My problem is that when I generate a .exe with visual studio the .exe that I made wont open, but other .exe applications do open, it's like windows defender blocked my visual studio.
