The Realities Of Bushwalking

This is the reality of bushwalking in the High Country...

It wouldn't be a journey without some sort of suffering, and some trails dish out more than others - especially the ones I find myself on.

But the good thing about a bit of hardship is that it makes the reward that much sweeter, enough to make me forget about all the problems below the tree-line (as I'm right back to getting tangled in blackberries a week later...).

Don't shy away from the challenges, push on and get addicted to the feeling of accomplishing something you didn't think you could do - there isn't a better feeling in my opinion.
