I think Ham has had great experience being a coach for the 2021 championship Bucks. And I think he'll be a good head coach in the NBA. Hopefully the team meshes quickly but it might take like 15 games or so. Goo Lakers!!

I think we’re going to be way better because we’ve gotten much younger. There’s a great balance of young and veteran key players. You need the youth especially to get you through the 82 games.

I think Coach Ham is the right fit. We need that vet player presence on the staff. Kidd not being on the staff last year was def felt. It's no coincidence that when he left we went to ish, and Dallas went up when he was there. I'm so glad that we have that back.

Coach Ham has first hand account to the way Giannis prepares, I wonder how it'll influence his strength and conditioning program. Most Buck players picked up 5-10 lbs after being there for an extended period, can't wait to see that on our Lakers.
