Mitch McConnell Isn't a 'Fan' of Donald Trump's Tariffs Plan

Mitch McConnell agrees with the economists that Donald Trump’s tariff plan is a terrible idea.

McConnell was asked about Trump’s threat to impose a staggering 200% tariff on John Deere.

Trump has previously floated the idea of a 10% to 20% tariff on imports from around the world and 60% tariff on goods from China. Economists estimate that would cost middle-class households $1,700 each year.
