The main problem is loss of power supply. What is the condition and performance of diesel generators???

You forgot, conveniently, to mention, that besides the crew there were also two local PILOTS on board.
To guide the ship out of the harbor.
As it is required by law.

Let the US and Singapore experts check through all the records, equipment and datas of Dali and comes out with their reports first.
Should not speculates on the causes.
These experts need some time to do a thorough job.
Meanwhile US should look into similar American bridges at similar risk and improve their structural survivability against modern heavy ships such as the Dali crashing onto them.
Barriers, dolphins, etc, can be considered to be constructed around these bridges main supporting pillars.
The new Baltimore bridge should be more robust.
Better still, consider an underwater tunnel to replace the bridge instead.
Tunneling work can in fact start immediately with a TBM!
Can be completed faster than a new bridge.
May cost more but will eliminate this collission problem forever.

It has not to do with Singapore PM. It’s a ship registered in Singapore.

Grace the owner. Synergy the manager. Are liable for insuring the ship and the bridge damage. Maersk insurance pays out damage to cargo as the leasor. Responsibility with negligence applies if determined criminal applies lies with captain of the vessel. Example. Knowingly using incorrect fuel and leaving at night to mask the black smoke.

It is a Singapore registered ship owned by an Indian conglomerate. So don't blame Singapore. Blame the owners.

pretty interesting, the video claims the Dali is almost a tall as the empire state building, undoubtably the video is comparing the length of the dali to heighth of empire state building. It's like comparing apples to oranges, make no sense.

but what surprised me even more and made me think. If Baltimore is such an important harbor, why is the channel or the bridge not more protected?
Only 2 of those round -pollards-?
Clips shown here of other bridges, also in other parts of the world, are far better protected.
SHOULD such an incident happen.

The control and command of a vessel within port limits is in the hands of the port pilot. So its obvious the pilots and port authorities are responeible for this tragic crash 😂

Wow! AI generated content is getting more realistic. Not more accurate, but more believable. Still needs work on stock footage selection, but "baby steps" and all that. The contents themselves? Apart from the allision and the bridge collapse; all complete bollocks.

The maintenance workers could have been contacted to evacuate them from the bridge just as traffic had been

Ships crew did some maintenance work in AUX ENGINE and Main engine. Investigation to be carried out. Blending fuel oil process for aux engine to be checked. In future strictly ask the owner to use DIESEL OIL ONLY not heavy oil or blending oil for AUX Engine in this narrow waters as per California regulations. Bad cheap not well treated fuel oil is one of the causes of black smoke. If the ship crew tell the truth without fear, then only future accidents like this can be avoided. Because of power failure one of the Aux blower of the Main engine might have tripped while the main engine still running. This may be one of the cause for huge black smoke.

Don't divert the problem of a mishap towards the Singapore end. Which is merely a country that was a register under Singapore.

Surely the authorities should have speed limits on ships using their bridge. 8 knots is very fast in such restricted spaces.

If it was not the ship (and its maintenance and operating condition) that was at fault - was it the bridge, then? Standing in the way and not budging?🙃

I don't like your manipulated video. You spin it ghoulishly. It the the sensation al tone you use that is disrespectful and stopped me from listening to the whole video. No matter how tragic a situation is you don't have to milk it to death with the way you portrayed it. I wish you well but cannot respect the way to spin the event. You are intitled to me your opinion but the way you did this video had no respect. Maybe you live for clicks and sensationalism. I don't know but to an average person it was not received well.

There are no coincidence when the ship are near to the bridge then then the power was cut off, definitely it was sabotage and purpose.
