God can give you a language like He did on the day of Pentecost, but please let's not ignore the rest of scripture. Paul goes into great detail to explain the gift of tongues. Paul says he prayed and sang in the spirit and with his understanding. We are to expound on scripture in its entirety, not just take the parts that support our personal opinions. God can give you a language not known to man. He is God and nothing is impossible for Him. Read the following.

I Corinthians 14

1Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy.

2For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. Read carefully. Paul says he speaketh not unto man, but mysteries to God.

3But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
But he that prophesieth speaking to man. Why? Because he speaks with words easy to understand.

4He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.
You edify yourself when you speak in tongues. It builds you up spiritually.

5I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.
Paul is saying that the gift of prophesy is greater because it edifies all of the hearers, but he who speaks tongues edifies himself because he is speaking mysteries to God, unless the Holy Spirit gives someone the interpretation.

27If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.
I think this text is self explanatory.

28But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.
In other words, there isn't always an interpretation. In which case, the person is to keep silent and speak to himself and God. Notice, Paul isn't forbidding it. In other words, when you're speaking in tongues, you're speaking mysteries to God in the Spirit . This is allowing scripture to speak for itself without interjecting any bias or opinions.
