I’m very introverted so my default way to deal with stress and anxiety is to withdraw and isolate myself in my room away from everyone else but that’s not what God wants for me or anyone for that matter. It’s tough but I push myself to go to church and be with my fellow Christians up at my university as much as possible, because like you said, being around other Christians does help your spiritual life.

Be still and know that he is god ! You Can do nothing of your own accord. Why do you settle for bread crumbs when he says come eat bread and drink wine without paying. God is welcoming you to live a life where there is only joy (even in tribulations) you will smile and shout with joy! Look at your life man ....your days are numbered but you are blessed because u believe in him and you know him ...he knows you too and has kept your crown ready for salvation ....by grace you have been saved not of your own works ...isn’t that something to leap with joy about. A god so great has heard you and watches every move what more do u want o man.
