This is the second generation of the Toyota Premio, which was launched in 2007. A car you are looking at is the second facelift model that was introduced in 2016. Premio was produced from 2007 to 2021.
It is technically sibling to the Toyota Allion, the European Toyota Avensis T270, the Lexus HS or the US marketed Scion tC. It is a large, comfortable saloon designed as a more budget friendly alternative to the Japanese domestic market Toyota Crown.
The main difference between the two JDM variants, Premio and Allion, is the exterior and interior design, with the Premio being a stylish premium trim and the Allion a more sporty one.
There are three engines to choose from, 1.5, 1.8 or 2.0 naturally aspirated four-cylinders, mated to a CVT transmission and front or four-wheel drive.

Amazing car, it's just perfect and I love that smooth cvt transmission and four wheel drive capability. But I prefer the 1NZ-FE 1.5L engine over the 1.8L
