I used to LOVE this when I was a kid in China, they'd have a tiny little cart with the griddle on there and cook everything in like 2 min. for 1 RMB at the time. it was the best.

Last time I was in China I ate two every morning extra spicy, but it was a large single crisp. It's usually street food placed in a cheap plastic or recycled paper wrapper...

So good! They have slight variances not only on cities but regions.

I'd like to eat this but I'm not sure if this has MSG in it. Most MSG is derived from pork and I don't eat that.
