I made a huge batch of homemade hummus, and I was struggling to think of what to do with it, and that noodle hummus soup is a freaking genius idea, I also have some king oyster mushrooms and taiwanese thin noodles, thats gonna be some kick ass middle east meets east asia soup! Thanks dudes.

I would blend humus with some avacado and add some lime and cilantro and make like a humus guac and top a middle eastern style burrito with it

That potato salad looks like heaven and a half! Super way to make it! I want to make all these! The hummus in place of miso is wonderful since I am not supposed to be eating miso. You guys really are geniuses!!!!

I invented the hummus grilled cheese. Use 2 slices of cheese and spread the hummus between them so it doesn't touch the bread then grill. Really tasty.

Hi nice dishes with humus!! I just made humus sauce with chicken..I fried some onions with olive oil and then i put like 3 table spoons of humus, cream, lil bit of water and black pepper ..after that i add cooked chicken cut in cubes ..and i made Basmati rice and was delish!!!:P
