It's been like this down south with the heat . I've worked in Factories and warehouses in the South its like working in a Sweatshop. In addition to standing on your feet long hours and doing a lot of heavy lifting. They're working a lot of Overtime and not getting enough breaks . I quit this year after working for years like that . And I'm doing my best to never work like that again. Its not worth it. Its a good start if you have no other options. But get out as soon as you can and find something better .
