Writing a Blade movie is easier than writing a 4 chord song.
1. Add 1 black man; hetero, masculine, respected, likable, etc
2. Add comic book stereotypical villains. Pick a leader, and make them tougher than the rest.
3. Choreograph martial arts, gunplay, and sword fighting scenes
4. Add one attractive biological woman co-star as a possible but unobtainable love interest

Marvel was the hottest thing for years simply because it was NOT political. Marvel movies were all iconic classic hero stories with universal appeal. Woke stories appeal only to students of woke. Which ain't all that many. All of which is a long way of saying go woke go broke. You'd think they'd have figured this out by now.
